"I could not be more impressed. My Pomeranian has been having trouble being groomed as she has gotten older. Valley Fairy Talis was recommended to me and I booked her in. not only does she look amazing, she did not jump into my arms and beg to leave like before. she came to see me but was happy to keep walking around. That told me she was super comfortable with the staff at VFT. additionally, they gave me grooming tips when I asked how to help her along at home. The one person is also a vet tech and managed to fix my dog's nails. Turns out we weren't cutting them short enough and she was having a hard time walking. We had taken her to the vet who hadn't noticed either and put her on pain meds that we had to ultimately take her off of! Who knew the groomer could help her more than anything. I am so incredibly grateful. Even my 10 year old said "I would give a 10 star review if I could!" To top it all, the staff love dogs and are super friendly!"

"I brought our Akita to Valley Fairy Tails to try a new groomer as I want to get her on a more regular grooming schedule to help with shedding around the house. I was immediately greeted with such a lovely woman named Heidi who made me feel SO comfortable leaving our girl in her hands. My pup can be quite timid and nervous as she is a rescue but Heidi did a fantastic job helping to make her feel safe.

Heidi takes her time and our girl looked AMAZING when I picked her up a few hours later. She smells great, nails are well trimmed and Heidi was able to get a TON of hair de-shedded. I was blown away at the pricing for such a incredible job and before I even left the parking lot I texted a girlfriend to recommend Valley Fairy Tails for her dog aswell!

"Heidi has been so great with our puppy Zeke! She did his first ever groom when he was around 6 months and he looked amazing and wasn’t scared to go back! This is huge for me as I have had groomers in the past where my dog is terrified to go in. He just had his fresh winter cut a few days ago at 10 months and Heidi listened to everything I asked for! He looks awesome and he even got two cute bandanas out of it! Thank you Heidi!!"
