HOW IT WORKS

For both Pet & Human safety

APPOINTMENT TIMES

There are NO designated appointment times for our mobile services. We sometimes get delayed or we are zooming really fast through our mobile days. Jessica has been posting updates of our route while we are driving on Facebook.

OUR ROUTE

We start in Deep River at 8:30am and work our way to Chalk River, Petawawa, Pembroke, Beachburg, Cobden, Renfrew, Haley Station, Arnprior, and lastly some houses off of Highway 41. We have also driven out to the Swisha area. We can meet at a neutral location with multiple people as well. Our route varies monthly.

PRICING

Services start at $20 for the first pet, $15 for the second, third, fourth pet. If you have more than 4 pets the rest will be $15. Payments can be made as cash, etransfer, or nail cards.

PROVIDED SERVICES

Mobile services DO NOT include full grooms or baths. As much as we wish we could do full grooms, we are not equipped to do so. Services do include:

Nail Cut/Trim
Nail Grind
Teeth cleaning
Ear cleaning/plucking
Face, feet and trims
Anal gland expression

RULES FOR MOBILE

YOU HAVE TO BE HOME

There must be a person at home during the time of the visit, we will not enter a home with only the pet present for safety purposes. We will knock multiple times and wait a few minutes for you to come to the door but we have to keep on moving. If you do not answer the door after scheduling a visit you may be subjected to a $20 travel fee.

DO NOT INTERFERE

The person being home with your pet should not interfere with the visit:

Don’t throw toys or treats at us or your pet
Don't grab your pet or try to get your pets attention
If you cannot watch, we will ask that you step out
We will use muzzles if we feel like we have to, if you don't agree we will respectfully decline to proceed

MOBILE ISN'T FOR EVERYONE

Unfortunately, not all dogs are suited for mobile grooming. They either are too protective over their home or too excited and that's okay! Heidi will use her professional opinion to determine if we should proceed. If Heidi decides not to continue you will not be charged.

HAVING AN AREA & CLEAN UP

We are NOT responsible for cleaning nail or hair clippings or any bathroom accidents from your pet. Please have a dedicated area for us to work on your pet. We don't mind if it's inside or outside, it is wherever you and your pet are most comfortable.

PLEASE BE KIND

We understand you may not want to spend your entire Sunday at your home waiting for us to arrive. However, this is an extra day of work we are taking on, in order to help you and your pets. We created mobile services to help those who cannot physically attend our shops for more serious reasons, other than "I'm busy."

MOBILE DATES

Once you're added to our list we send a message out two weeks before our next date to see if you want to be added to our list. You have up to 2 days before the scheduled date @ 6pm to be added to the list. Example, on January 15th you would have to message on January 13th by 6pm to be added.
