HOW OFTEN SHOULD I GET MY DOG GROOMED?

Dogs skin cycle is 21 days, this means they should be getting a bath then.
The maximum amount of time in between grooms should be 12 weeks.

Maintenance grooming is every 6 to 8 weeks.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I GET MY PETS NAILS CUT?

All pets nails should be cut EVERY 4 weeks.
For puppies, kittens and certain breeds should be every 2 weeks

ARE YOU CONTINUING THE FOOD BANK PROGRAM?

Yes we are! For nail trims if you bring in 4 items to be donated to our local food bank we will cover the cost of the nail trim.

ARE NAIL CUTS AVAILABLE AS WALK INS?

Yes! Nail trims for cats and small animals can be completed as walk ins anytime, however Wednesday is our dog FREE day. Dogs are Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and the occasional Saturday.

WHAT IS THE COST TO GROOM MY PET?

Our prices our based on multiple factors, such as: weight/size of pet, time taken, products used, type of groom, coat condition and so on. Provide us with your pet's weight and we will provide a rough base price. This is subject to change.

CAN YOU WRITE PRESCRIPTIONS?

Heidi is our groomer and Veterinary Assistant. This means she always checks ears, nails and anal glands as a part of a basic health check. If Heidi notices anything unusual throughout the groom she will let you know when to seek veterinary advice. We cannot provide medication and/or prescriptions.
