From a young age, I have had a deep love for animals and pursued this passion by attending the Veterinary Assistant program at St. Lawrence College in 2018. While studying, I also gained grooming experience on weekends and during breaks. After graduation, I decided to follow my passion for grooming, which led to the creation of Heidi's Happy Paws.

In 2022, we rebranded as Valley Fairy Tails, blending my love of animals, Halloween, and a spooky vibe to create a unique shop experience. Later that year, I purchased The Grooming Shop, moved our business to 89 Deep River Road, and expanded my training.

I’ve since obtained certifications in areas like Advanced Hair, Skin & Coat Health and Canine Massage Therapy. Currently, I am furthering my education in Canine Dermatology to continue improving pet health.
